EFFEKT består av Nina V. Grønland og Agnethe Fagerli (f. 1980) og er et tverrfaglig kunstnerisk samarbeid med fokus på dagsaktuelle spørsmål, særlig knyttet til bevaring av natur, kulturminner og kulturlandskap.
Grønland har bakgrunn som pedagog med fag som kunst og håndverk og samfunnsfag, har skrevet artikler om tradisjonshåndverk, og driver eget keramikkverksted. Fagerli har bakgrunn innen visuell kommunikasjon og arbeider hovedsakelig med grafikk og fotografi.
Sammen utforsker de møtepunkter mellom tradisjon og samtid – gjennom arbeid med video, keramikk, grafikk og installasjoner i ulike materialer – der prosess, bærekraft og stillferdig tilstedeværelse står sentralt.

Grønland has a background as a teacher in arts and crafts and social studies, has written articles about traditional crafts and runs her own ceramics workshop. Fagerli has a background in visual communication and works mainly with graphics and photography.
Together they explore the meeting points between tradition and the present – through work with video, ceramics, graphics and installations in various materials – where process, sustainability and quiet presence are central.
